| Property / summary: The main objective of the project is to increase participation between 01.01.2016 and 30.09.2018 in employment and the ability to take up employment in the 100-24 population of powiatów:oławskiego, Wroclaw, Oleśnicki, Wrocław City and — Lower Silesia (Lower Silesia Region) for the age of 18-.The main results of the project with regard to its participants:the drawing up of Individual Action Plans in the field of professional development, the acquisition of professional qualifications which correspond to the needs of the local labour market, the acquisition of socio-professional competences such as those on the market of the couple, the acquisition of practical professional experience, employment by the 36 participants in the project.Project activities:Individual consultation of a professional adviser with a view to setting up IPDs, Individual occupational guidance, Indirect labour, job placement, job creation workshops, Warsaw vocational training courses in the field of diagnosis of professional training, professional traineeships and vocational training services. Głównym celem projektu jest podniesienie w okresie od 01.01.2016 do 30.09.2018 aktywności zawodowej oraz zdolności do podjęcia zatrudnienia w grupie 100 mieszkańców powiatów:oławskiego, wrocławskiego, oleśnickiego, miasta Wrocław oraz trzebnickiego województwa dolnośląskiego w wieku 18-24 lat z kategorii NEET. Główne rezultaty projektu w odniesieniu do jego uczestników: opracowanie Indywidualnych Planów Działania w obszarze rozwoju zawodowego, nabycie kwalifikacji zawodowych zbieżnych z potrzebami lokalnego rynku pracy nabycie kompetencji społeczno-zawodowych niezbednych na rynku parcy, nabycie praktycznego doświadczenia zawodowego, podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 36 uczestników projektu. Działania w projekcie: Indywidualne konsultacje z doradcą zawodowym w celu utworzenia IPD, Indywidualne poradnictwo zawodowe, Pośrednictwo pracy, Warsztaty Aktywizacji Zawodowej, Warszaty Umiejętności Interpersonalnych Warsztaty z zakresu diagnozy predyspozycji zawodowych Szkolenia zawodowe, Staże zawodowe (Polish)
