| Property / summary: The aim of the project is to increase the employment opportunities of young people up to the age of 29, who are not in employment in the district of Kielce.The project will lead to a minimum of 43 % of project participants, excluding people with disabilities, the long-term unemployed and the low-skilled.As part of the project, the beneficiary plans to cover the unemployed persons who belong to the aid profile I or II.The provision of assistance will be preceded by an analysis of the competence of the participant based on the development of the Individual Action Plan, which will allow for the completion of the relevant labour market services and instruments resulting from the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions.Any person participating in the project must be individually concerned by a comprehensive way of working in the context of the selection of suitable job offers in accordance with qualifications and competences or career guidance in terms of career planning and career development.In addition to this support, the following forms of support will be proposed for young people:25 people will be dedicated to individual training, 21 people are planned to pay one-off measures to start a business and 342 people will be paid for traineeships. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych do 29 roku życia, pozostających bez zatrudnienia w powiecie nakielskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie pracy przez min. 43% uczestników projektu, z wyłączeniem osób niepełnosprawnych, długotrwale bezrobotnych oraz o niskich kwalifikacjach. W ramach projektu beneficjent planuje objąć wsparciem osoby bezrobotne należące do I lub II profilu pomocy. Udzielenie pomocy zostanie poprzedzone analizą kompetencji uczestnika w oparciu o opracowanie Indywidualnego Planu Działania, który pozwoli na dobranie odpowiednich usług i instrumentów rynku pracy wynikających z ustawy o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. Obligatoryjnie każda osoba uczestnicząca w projekcie zostanie objęta kompleksowym indywidualnym pośrednictwem pracy w zakresie doboru odpowiednich ofert pracy zgodnie z kwalifikacjami i kompetencjami lub poradnictwem zawodowym w zakresie planowania i rozwoju kariery zawodowej. Poza powyższym wsparciem osobom młodym zostaną zaproponowane następujące formy wsparcia: 25 osób zostanie skierowanych na szkolenia w trybie indywidualnym, dla 21 osób zaplanowano wypłatę jednorazowych środków na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej oraz 342 osób zostanie skierowanych na staże.
