| Property / summary: The project will consist of the thermo-modernisation of the 15 buildings of the branch of the Krzywo-branch office with the use of RES, which will lead to a reduction of at least 25 % in final energy.The thermal modernisation work will consist of the replacement of two gas oil boilers that require an exchange due to the type of operation and unfavourable parameters, for two condensing boilers, operating in the cascade, with a power of 500 kW each and two air/water heat pumps of 18 kW each.District heating will also be modernised (existing pipelines installed in 2006) and with it a hot water system.Photovoltaic panels will be installed to reduce emissions of harmful substances into the atmosphere.In buildings, meters are installed which are essential for the correct presentation of consumption data and for the production of heat and electricity.Thermostats and subvertical valves will be installed within the project.The applicant intends to upgrade the lighting with the replacement of the traditional LED tubes.In most buildings, the thermal renovation of roofs should also be carried out.In the building of the building 27, a drain is needed.It is also necessary to modernise the external walls of the buildings.It is necessary to implement suitably designed floors on the ground.The building for the gym (27) includes the installation of mechanical ventilation with heat recovery.The eligible costs of the project include information and promotion activities and preparatory work (preparation of the necessary documentation) and construction supervision. ZAKŁAD KARNY W KRZYWAŃCU

Projekt będzie polegał na termomodernizacji 15 budynków Zakładu Karnego w Krzywańcu wraz z wykorzystaniem OZE, co doprowadzi do redukcji energii końcowej o co najmniej 25%. Prace termomodernizacyjne polegać będą na wymianie dwóch kotłów gazowo-olejowych, które wymagają wymiany ze względu na stopień eksploatacji i niekorzystne parametry, na dwa kotły kondensacyjne, pracujące w kaskadzie, o mocy 500 kW każdy i dwie pompy ciepła powietrze/woda o mocy 18 kW każda. Modernizacji zostanie poddana także sieć ciepłownicza (istniejące rurociągi zostały zainstalowane w 2006 r.), a wraz z nią system ciepłej wody użytkowej. Zainstalowane zostaną panele fotowoltaiczne, pozwalające na redukcję emisji szkodliwych substancji do atmosfery. W budynkach zainstalowane są liczniki niezbędne do prawidłowego prezentowania danych o zużyciu oraz produkcji ciepła i energii elektrycznej. W ramach projektu zostaną zainstalowane termostaty i zawory podpionowe. Wnioskodawca zamierza przeprowadzić modernizację oświetlenia, a w jej ramach wymianę tradycyjnych świetlówek na lampy LED. W większości budynków należy także przeprowadzić termomodernizację dachów. W budynku 27 modernizacji wymaga dach skośny. Konieczna jest również modernizacja ścian zewnętrznych budynków. Konieczne jest wykonanie odpowiednio zaprojektowanych podłóg na gruncie. W budynku dla sali gimnastycznej (27) przewiduje się zainstalowanie wentylacji mechanicznej z odzyskiem ciepła. W skład kosztów kwalifikowalnych projektu wchodzą także działania informacyjno-promocyjne i prace przygotowawcze (przygotowanie niezbędnej dokumentacji) oraz nadzór budowlany. (Polish)
