Projekt obejmuje budowę kanalizacji sanitarnej grawitacyjnej o łącznej długości 22,72 km oraz tłocznej o łącznej długości 11,93 km na obszarze aglomeracji Skawina, a także przebudowy SUW w Skawinie.
