The Observatory of Pierre Auger is the largest project on the detection of cosmic radiation of ultra high energy. The 12 years of operation have been able to answer many of the issues that have encouraged the construction, but many others have arisen. The Czech teams have been involved in the construction and functioning of the Observatory from the outset. The aim of this project is to ensure the continuation and deepening of international cooperation on data analysis and the detector function and to upgrade the laboratory in Prague in order to contribute to the upgrade of the observatories.
