Předmětem projektu je zavedení efektivního nástroje koordinace projektového řízení v rámci MV, který umožní definovat, nastavit a ukotvit jednotnou politiku v oblasti projektového řízení, koordinace projektové činnosti, metodické podpory a vedení projektů napříč resortem. Úspěšná implementace principů projektového řízení je podmíněná využitím zkušených a certifikovaných projektových pozic, kteří budou jádrem realizačního týmu projektu a zajistí potřebnou úroveň a kvalitu projektového řízení. The project aims at establishing an effective tool for project management coordination within the Ministry of the Interior, which will make it possible to define, configure and anchor a single project management policy, coordination of project activities, methodological support and management of projects across the ministry. The successful implementation of project management principles is conditional on the use of experienced and certified project posts at the core of the project implementation team and ensuring the necessary level and quality of project management.
