    Předmětem projektu je poskytnout ucelený koncept aktivit, který přispěje k posílení pracovní a sociální integrace CS. Hlavní aktivitou projektu je zajištění zahraniční stáže v Irsku. Projekt klade důraz na motivaci CS, individuální přístup, získání sebevědomí prostřednictvím realizace zahraniční stáže a pomoc CS na trh práce.
