    Cílem projektu je usnadnit návrat rodičů z regionu Slezské brány na trh práce po rodičovské dovolené. 10 účastníků bude podpořeno více než 40 hodinami poradenských a vzdělávacích aktivit vedoucích ke zlepšení jejich postavení na trhu práce. 7 účastníkům bude zprostředkováno zaměstnání, 4 z nich budou moct využít flexibilní formy práce, k jejichž zavedení budou zaměstnavatelé motivováni proplácením mzdových příspěvků. Projekt reflektuje strategický cíl č. 8 MAS Slezská brána. (Czech)

    The aim of the project is to facilitate the return of parents from the Silesian gateway to the labour market following parental leave. 10 participants will be supported by more than 40 hours of advisory and training activities to improve their position on the labour market. 7 participants will be in employment, 4 of them will be able to use flexible forms of work, which employers will be encouraged to do through pay contributions. The project reflects the strategic objective No 8 of the SLAG. (English)
