Investorovým záměrem je provést energeticky úsporné úpravy budovy tak, aby vyhovovala současným tepelně-technickým požadavkům a normám. Dojde k zateplení objektu včetně výměny nevyhovujících otvorových výplní, instalaci nového zdroje tepla včetně nové otopné soustavy, výměně elektroinstalace spolu s osazením úsporného osvětlení a k dalším stavebním úpravám vedoucím ke snížení energetické náročnosti objektu. a.
