Cílem projektu je zkvalitnění výkonu činností sociální práce ve správním obvodu Města Ústí nad Orlicí v kontextu sociálního začleňování, a to formou profesního rozvoje zaměstnanců veřejné správy, kteří se věnují sociální nebo rodinné problematice. Projekt směřuje k posílení profesních kompetencí soc. pracovníků prostřednictvím jejich vzdělávání a supervizí s potenciálem pozitivního vlivu na přímou práci s klienty, a to včetně aktivit síťování napříč institucemi sloužící k výměně zkušeností. The aim of the project is to improve the performance of the social work activities of the municipality of Ústí nad Orlicí in the context of social inclusion, through the professional development of social or family workers. The project aims at enhancing the professional competencies of the personnel of the personnel through their education and supervision with potential positive effect on direct work with clients, including networking across institutions for the exchange of experience.
