Předmětem projektu je vznik nového sociálního podniku v Kunčicích pod Ondřejníkem. Podnik bude zaměstnávat osoby ze znevýhodněných skupin na trhu práce, a to osoby po výkonu trestu nebo osoby opouštějící ústavní výchovu. Jeho posláním bude dále rozvíjet obec a údolí Tichávky a oživovat kulturní i gastronomické tradice. Poslání bude naplněno provozováním vesnické restaurace. Podnikání nebude jen o dobrém, tradičním jídle, ale také o kultuře, vzdělávání a prostoru pro setkávání místních aktérů. (Czech)
