    Projekt WISCOM je zaměřen na zvyšování znalostní a dovednostní úrovně pracovníků výzkumné organizace COMTES FHT a.s. Vzdělávání a zvyšování kompetencí bude zacíleno na tři hlavní oblasti: IT dovednosti, odborné vzdělávání a měkké a manažerské dovednosti. K vzdělávání získají přístup všechny skupiny zaměstnanců jak z pohledu vykonávané pracovní pozice, tak z pohledu horizontálních principů. Cílem předkládaného projektu je dosažení znalostí a dovedností potřebných pro provádění špičkového výzkumu. (Czech)
