Projekt umožní realizovat firemní vzdělávání pro zaměstnance společnosti Farmet a.s. jako hlavního žadatele a pro zaměstnance společnosti MAJKA - ÚKLIDOVÉ SLUŽBY, s.r.o. jako partnera. Za účelem identifikace konkrétních vzdělávacích kurzů vhodných pro zaměstnance byla ve společnostech realizována analýza vzdělávacích potřeb. Projekt cílí především na rozvoj pracovních znalostí, dovedností a kompetencí potřebných pro kvalitní výkon práce u uvedených zaměstnavatelů. (Czech)

The project will make it possible to carry out company training for the employees of the company Farmet a.s., as the main applicant and for the employees of MAJKA — Cleaners, s.r.o. as a partner. In order to identify specific training courses suitable for employees, an analysis of training needs was carried out in companies. In particular, the project aims at developing the knowledge, skills and competences needed for the quality performance of these employers. (English)
