V rámci realizace projektu, která činí období 24 měsíců, bude podpořeno 29 zaměstnanců společnosti ATELIER TSUNAMI s.r.o., jejichž vzdělávací potřeby byly prozkoumány v rámci vstupní analýzy a strategických záměrů naší společnosti.Cílem projektu je dodat jeho účastníkům nové znalosti a inovace v oboru naší činnosti, podpořit jejich osobnostní i profesní rozvoj, což by se mělo pozitivně projevit ve zvýšení odbornosti a výkonnosti našich pracovníků, potažmo pak i celé společnosti. The implementation of the project, which amounts to 24 months, will be supported by 29 employees of Ohiker s.r.o., whose educational needs were examined in connection with the input analysis and strategic intentions of our society. the aim of the project is to provide its participants with new knowledge and innovation in our work, to support both their personal and professional development, which should have a positive impact on the skills and the performance of our workers, and thus on society as a whole.
