    Projekt je zaměřen zejména na vzdělávání zdravotnického personálu nemocnice, ale do projektu jsou zahrnuti i řídící a administrativní pracovníci, kteří absolvují školení dle svých potřeb zjištěných analýzou. U odborných školení se jedná zejména o interní odborná zdravotnická školení a sanitářské kurzy pro zvýšení kvalifikace zaměstnanců.
