    Projekt je svými aktivitami zaměřen na systematické vzdělávání pracovníků společnosti VAŠSTAV, s. r. o. s cílem zvýšit odbornou úroveň znalostí, dovedností a kompetencí pracovníků v souladu s kvalifikační úrovní pracovní síly, požadavky trhu práce a konkurenčního prostředí. Dílčím cílem projektu je rovněž podpora zvýšení adaptability starších pracovníků společnosti. Projekt je rozvržen do tří klíčových aktivit v délce 24 měsíců. (Czech)

    Through its activities, the project is aimed at the systematic training of workers of VAŠSTAV s.r.o. in order to increase the technical level of knowledge, skills and competences of workers in accordance with the skill levels of the workforce, the requirements of the labour market and the competitive environment. The project’s sub-objective is also to promote the improvement of the adaptability of older workers in the company. The project is structured around three key activities of 24 months. (English)
