    Projekt je cílen na komplexní vzdělávání společnosti v oblasti poskytování úvěrů. Vzdělávání je zaměřeno na trvalé zvyšování a udržování kvalifikace a kompetence zaměstnanců společnosti Bona Fit, a.s., tak, aby byla jejich práce efektivní, konkurenceschopná. Nově dosažené kvalifikace mohou dále využít v praxi i na trhu práce. Do projektu jsme zařadili vzdělávací aktivity pro všechny zaměstnance průřezově všemi pracovními kategoriemi. (Czech)

    The project is aimed at a comprehensive training of the company in the field of lending. Education is aimed at continuously increasing and maintaining the skills and competences of Boat Fit’s employees in such a way that their work is efficient, competitive. New skills can also be used in practice in the labour market. We have included educational activities for all staff across all working categories. (English)
