    Cílem projektu je vyvinout biotechnologické preparáty postavené na principu funkčních mikrobiálních konsorcií za účelem technologicky využít pozitivních vlastností, jimiž disponují z hlediska snazší adaptace, ochrany před letálními faktory, rychlejšího využití substrátu, případně schopnostem propůjčit některým potravinářským produktům zcela jiné a unikátní organoleptické vlastnosti.     The aim of the project is to develop biotechnology-based preparations based on the principle of viable microbial consortia to take advantage of the positive qualities that they enjoy in terms of easier adaptation, protection from lethal factors, faster use of the substrate, or ability to give certain food products entirely different and unique organoleptic characteristics.
