    Předmětem projektu je vývoj a výzkum zcela nového řešení tzv. mobilních technologických kontejnerů (dále též Cell On Wheels, COW). COW jsou mobilní stanice pro přenos telekomunikačního a datového signálu. Využívají se na místech, kde je z geografických či technologických důvodů GSM, UMTS nebo LTE pokrytí nedostačující nebo není k dispozici vůbec a nebo tam, kde je zapotřebí vytvořit autonomní komunikační či datovou síť. a. COW is a mobile telecommunications and data signal transmission station.
