Projekt podporuje zvýšení zaměstnanosti CS uchazečů o zaměstnání - Osoby dlouhodobě či opakovaně nezaměstnané. Poskytuje jim poradenský (psychologický), motivační a podpůrný individuální (prostřednictvím Poradce CS) program, rekvalifikační kurzy pro cca 30 os. a dotovaná pracovní místa pro cca 23 os. Cílená provázanost aktivit povede osoby z CS k znovu získání prac. uplatnění na TP již během realizace projektu nebo následkem účasti v projektu. Projekt bude realizován v Lounech a Žatci pro 80 os.
