They would thus not be required to drive another workshop. In addition, we are looking for a lot of ways to reduce the cost of providing services. In analysing the situation, I have found the technical arrangements for meeting the above assumptions. The hydraulic lift will allow the place of work to be placed at the convenient location of the arena with access to the car from all sides, with easy access to tools (tool cabinet). In this way, I am able to reduce the vehicle’s car repair time by 25 %. There will be a further saving on the performance of the brake fluid replacement service. Material scope: — hydraulic link (safety and reduction of service time) means a device for the exchange of brake fluid (high speed and effective service through constant pressure levels — Peak pressure key (to be used for assembly and dismantling of the screw joints in the open areas) — Workshop 8 shelves with a set of tools (trolley shall provide convenient access to tools during any repair), Results: The main purpose of the hydraulic lift is to increase the height of the car when it is necessary to review and check the condition of the car. It will be possible for vehicles weighing between 2,5 and up to 7 tonnes to be used safely in the workshop, which has not been possible in the past. Other tools are integrated with the above, serve to meet the quality of the service of the car garage and the speed with which the repair services are performed. (English)

    Przedmiot projektu: Wiele osób prywatnych posiadających swoje firmy chciałoby żebym zajmował się reperacją samochodów dostawczych, ponieważ wówczas nie tylko mogliby mi oddawać do naprawy swój własny prywatny samochód, ale również samochody dostawcze pracujące przy zaopatrzeniu firmy. W ten sposób nie musieliby jeździć do innego warsztatu. Dodatkowo szukam intensywnie sposobów na ograniczenie kosztów świadczenia usług. Analizując sytuację znalazłem rozwiązania techniczne umożliwiające spełnienie powyższych założeń. Podnośnik hydrauliczny pozwoli na postawienie miejsca pracy w dogodnym miejscu hali, z dostępem do samochodu ze wszystkich stron, z łatwym dostępem do narzędzi (szafka narzędziowa). Dzięki temu jestem w stanie skrócić czas naprawy jednego samochodu o 25%. Kolejna oszczędność czasu wystąpi przy realizacji usługi wymiany płynu hamulcowego w sposób zmechanizowany. Zakres rzeczowy: - Podnośnik hydrauliczny (bezpieczeństwo i skrócenie czasu realizacji usługi) - urządzenie do wymiany płynu hamulcowego (szybka i efektywna praca dzięki stałym poziomom ciśnienia - Klucz udarowy pneumatyczny(stosowany do montażu i demontażu połączeń śrubowych w miejscach trudnodostępnych) - Wózek warsztatowy 8 półek z zestawem narzędzi (wózek zapewnia wygodny dostęp do narzędzi podczas wszelkich napraw) Rezultaty: Podnośnik hydrauliczny służy przede wszystkim do podnoszenia samochodów na większą wysokość kiedy trzeba dokonać przeglądu i sprawdzić stan samochodu. Dzięki jego zastosowaniu w warsztacie pana P. Śledzianowskiego będzie można bezpiecznie podnosić pojazdy o masie od 2,5 do nawet 7 ton, co wcześniej nie było możliwe. Inne narzędzia są zintegrowane z powyższymi, służą do poniesienia jakości usług warsztatu samochodowego i szybkości wykonywania usług naprawczych. (Polish)
