Det gælder især specialister inden for industri, IT, sundhed ogbioteknologi. Mobility of country borders credit services may, in some cases, have difficulties in finding skilled labour force on the Danish labour market. This is particularly the case for specialists in industry, IT, health and biotechnology. The global competition for the best employees is hard, and the lack of skilled labour can be a brake on the Danish economy. therefore the main purpose of the project is to strengthen and renew efforts for the recruitment and retention of highly skilled labour from abroad, contributing to growth and well-being. It is involved in the three Workindenmark centres in Copenhagen, Aarhus and Odense. However, also the Danish citizen who is interested in working abroad is in the focus of the project. At the same time, there is an overhaul of the organisation, centred on the Danish Agency for the Labour Market, in order to support the work of the job centres for international-recruitment. the project is linked to the EURES European network of employment services, and contributes to the reform of the network launched by the European Commission in 2012. Reform aims to support the EU (English)
