Mobility of country borders credit services, in some cases, may have difficulties in finding skilled labour on the Danish labour market. This is particularly the case for specialists in industry, IT, health and biotechnology. Global competition for the best employees is tough and the lack of qualified workers can become a brake for the Danish economy. therefore the main purpose of the project is to strengthen and renew efforts for the recruitment and retention of highly skilled labour from abroad, contributing to growth and well-being. It does so with its centre of gravity in collusion with the other centre. However, also Danish unemployed people, who are interested in working abroad, are in the focus of the project. At the same time, there is a renewal of the process, with the focal point in the Danish Agency for Labour Market and Recruitment, in particular in supporting the work of the job centres for international recruitment. the project is linked to the EURES European network of employment services, and contributes to a reform of the network launched by the European Commission in 2012. The aim of the reform is to support the EU (English)
