    Vybudujeme 15-členný tým vědců a moderní infrastrukturu s cílem získat stabilní, mezinárodně konkurenceschopný výzkumný tým. K tomu využijeme molekulární biologii a lesnické vědy k ochraně lesů coby pohlcovačů uhlíku. Budeme zkoumat interakce kůrovců a jehličnanů za pomocí genomiky, transkriptomiky a proteomiky, spolu s ověřením genetiky a metabolomiky. S cílem zlepšit ochranu lesa budeme pracovat na třech úrovních: gen, strom, krajina. K tomu využijeme partnerství se zahr. strateg. partnerem. a. (Czech)
