Projekt je zaměřen na zlepšení současného systému strategického řízení a tvorby strategických dokumentů místní samosprávy v Uherském Hradišti. V souvislosti s tvorbou a implementací strategických dokumentů bude posílena komunikace mezi hlavními aktéry strategického plánování na místní úrovni, kterými jsou místní samospráva (reprezentovaná volenými zástupci), městský úřad, podnikatelský a neziskový sektor a obyvatelé města. Projekt je koncipován jako dvouletý. (Czech)

The project aims at improving the current system of strategic management and strategic documents produced by local authorities in Hradih. In the context of the design and implementation of the strategy papers, communication between the main actors in the strategic planning at local level (represented by elected representatives), the city authority, the business and the non-profit sector and the city dwellers will be strengthened. The project is designed as a two-year project. (English)
