Cílem dvouletého projektu je vytvoření předpokladů pro efektivnější řízení a rozvoj vybraných oblastí fungování města Slavkov u Brna prostřednictvím tvorby a aktualizace strategických dokumentů města, zavedení nových nástrojů komunikace s veřejností a vzdělávání úředníků a zastupitelů. Rozpočet projektu činí 4,904 mil. Kč, v projektu jsou naplánovány celkem čtyři aktivity, kromě projektového týmu a dodavatelů bude zapojen úřad města a jeho zaměstnanci, zastupitelé a veřejnost. The aim of the two-year project is to create pre-conditions for a more efficient management and development of selected areas of the City of Slavkov with Brno through the development and updating of the city’s strategic documents, the introduction of new tools for public communication and training for officials and representatives. The project budget amounts to CZK 4,904 million, a total of four activities are planned in the project, in addition to the project team and the contractors, the municipality and its staff, representatives and the public will be involved.
