Předmětem žádosti je novostavba rybníku "Oborník" jihozápadně od obce Polnička v CHKO Žďárské vrchy. Hlavním účelem navržené stavby je zadržení vody v krajině, ochrana před povodněmi a významné zvýšení biodiverzity. V rámci stavby bude vybudován průtočný rybník, který bude zásobován vodou z přerušených drenážních systémů a z plošného přítoku. Pod hrází rybníka bude vybudována zemní tůň. (Czech)

The purpose of the request is the new construction of the pond “giant” southwest of the municipality of a polder in CHKO Žďárské vrchy. The main purpose of the proposed construction is water retention in the countryside, flood protection and a significant increase of biodiversity. The building will build a bed pond that is supplied with water from intermittent drain and inflow. The pond will be constructed with natural beds. (English)
