Obsahem projektu je realizace specifických vzdělávacích a výcvikových seminářů zaměřených na rozvoj manažerských kompetencí v oblastech plánování, organizování, řízení lidí, vedení lidí, komunikování, vyjednávání, rozhodování, řešení problémů. Cílem projektu je proškolení řídících zaměstnanců justice, kteří tak získají znalosti a dovednosti vedoucí k lepšímu využití potenciálu lidských zdrojů v organizaci, schopnosti řídit změny, efektivně nastavit procesy a ovlivňovat tak budoucnost institucí. The project will implement specific training and training seminars aimed at developing managerial responsibilities in the fields of planning, organisation, human management, human leadership, communication, negotiation, decision making. The aim of the project is to train members of the administration of justice so that they acquire knowledge and skills to make better use of human resources potential in the organisation, ability to manage change, effectively adjust processes and thus affect the future of the institutions.
