Celem projektu jest zwiększenie zdolności do zatrudnienia osób od 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie zambrowskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 29 osób zarejestrowanych w PUP w Zambrowie. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby od 30 roku życia pozostające bez pracy, zarejestrowane w powiatowym urzędzie pracy zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia) należące co najmniej do jednej z następujących grup: osoby powyżej 50 roku życia, kobiety, osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach. W ramach projektu dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy, z wyłączeniem robót publicznych. The aim of the project is to increase the employability of persons from the age of 30 who are unemployed in the powiat zambrowski. The main result of the project will be the employment of 29 people registered in the PUP in Zambrów. The project will cover persons from the 30th year of life who are unemployed, registered at the district employment office qualified in the Aid Profile I (so-called ‘active unemployed’) or the aid profile II (so called “requiring support”) belonging to at least one of the following groups: people over 50, women, persons with disabilities, the long-term unemployed, the low-skilled. Within the framework of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific activation offer will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, suitability and professional problems of the participant concerned. On this basis, the PLO will implement the relevant labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions, excluding public works.
