The purpose of the project is to acquire equipment and medical equipment for the Autonomous Public Care Team, located at Kędzierzyn-Koźle (District of Kędzierzyńsko-kozielski District, Opolskie Province) in order to improve the quality of medical services of the Block Operations Block. The planned investment is one of the steps involved in the extension of the hospital. The whole will contribute to meeting the hospital’s utility needs and adapting its premises to the health needs of the local community. The project is an independent unit of analysis and includes all the tasks necessary to ensure the functionality and operability of the infrastructure after the completion of the physical coverage. It is not necessary to carry out additional investment activities that are not included in the substantive scope for the launch of the project. The products of the project will be: Investment in the purchase of medical equipment: PLN 2 063 095,00; Number of healthcare establishments supported: 1 units Number of hospitals supported in the Health Programme: 1 units The result of the project is: The population covered by improved health services: 95 488 people. The applicant, the Investor, the Beneficiary of the Project is a National Health Care Team located in Kędzierzyn-Koźle. The project will be implemented through PCM in a participative form. The project will be carried out under the responsibility of the Chief Expert on EU funds raising. The project is not covered by public aid, does not generate income and is not a major project.     Przedmiotem projektu jest nabycie wyposażenia i sprzętu medycznego dla Samodzielnego Publicznego Zespołu Opieki Zdrowotnej zlokalizowanego w Kędzierzynie-Koźlu (powiat kędzierzyńsko-kozielski, województwo opolskie), w celu poprawy jakości świadczeń medycznych Bloku Operacyjnego. Planowana inwestycja jest jednym z etapów większego przedsięwzięcia jakim jest rozbudowa kozielskiego szpitala. Całość przyczyni się do zaspokojenia potrzeb użytkowych szpitala i przystosowania jego pomieszczeń do potrzeb zdrowotnych społeczności lokalnej. Projekt stanowi samodzielną jednostkę analizy i obejmuje wszystkie zadania niezbędne do zapewnienia funkcjonalności i operacyjności infrastruktury po zakończeniu realizacji zakresu rzeczowego. Dla uruchomienia produktów projektu nie jest wymagana realizacja dodatkowych zadań inwestycyjnych nieuwzględnionych w zakresie rzeczowym. Produktami projektu będą: Nakłady inwestycyjne na zakup aparatury medycznej: 2 063 095,00 PLN; Liczba wspartych podmiotów leczniczych: 1 szt. Liczba szpitali objętych wsparciem w programie świadczącym usługi zdrowotne: 1 szt. Rezultat projektu stanowią: Ludność objęta ulepszonymi usługami zdrowotnymi: 95 488 osób. Wnioskodawcą, Inwestorem, Beneficjentem projektu jest Samodzielny Publiczny Zespół Opieki Zdrowotnej zlokalizowany w Kędzierzynie-Koźlu. Projekt będzie realizowany metodą PCM w formie partycypacyjnej. Za projekt będzie odpowiedzialny Główny specjalista ds. pozyskiwania funduszy UE. Projekt nie jest objęty pomocą publiczną, nie generuje dochodu i nie jest zaliczany do projektów dużych. (Polish)
