Investor má dlouhodobý záměr provést na území jihozápadně od Horního Benešova několik na sebe navazujících projektů s komplexním názvem "Revitalizace území u Horního Benešova". Na svých pozemcích postupně přeměňuje intenzivní monokulturní zemědělskou krajinu na sytém menších půdních celků s květnatými loukami, přirozenými mokřady a rozptýlenou zelení. V tomto konkrétním projektu se jedná o založení nových krajinných prvků, výsadbu ovocné aleje a zatravnění ploch, vše s následnou péčí 3 roky. (Czech)

The investor has a long-term intention to implement, on the territory of southwest of the Upper Benešov, a number of consecutive projects of the complex name ‘Revitalisation of the territory of the Horní Benešov’. It has progressively converted, on its own lands, an intense monoculture farming landscape on systems of smaller soils with flora meadows, natural wetlands and scattered zeal. This specific project involves the creation of new landscape features, the planting of fruit allele and the grassing of the areas, followed by 3 years of care. (English)
