The aim of the project is to support activities leading to the use of shared management of people dependent on assistance from other individuals, in particular elderly people, both through the education of informal care providers undertaken by care providers and by developing an interdisciplinary concept of comprehensive formal and informal care (shared care) that can be used efficiently by all actors such as formal and informal care, public administration (municipalities and labour offices) and others.
