Projekt řeší problematiku zkvalitňování a zefektivňování procesů ve Slezské diakonii. Během realizace projektu budou analyzovány procesy poskytování sociálních služeb na všech úrovních řízení, s pomocí platformy externích expertů budou procesy vyhodnoceny, optimalizovány a bude nastavena kontrolní činnost tak, aby byla udržena vysoká kvality všech poskytovaných služeb SD. Velká část projektu bude věnována implementaci změn v organizaci na všech úrovních řízení. (Czech)

The project addresses the issue of improving and streamlining processes at the Silesian diaspora. During the implementation of the project, processes for the provision of social services at all levels of management will be analysed, with the help of a platform of external experts to be evaluated, optimised and review in order to maintain a high quality of all SD services provided. A large part of the project will be devoted to the implementation of changes in the organisation at all levels of management. (English)
