Mladí lidé na prahu dospělosti potřebují oporu. Pokud chybí kvalitní rodinné zázemí a je saturováno ústavní péčí, platí to dvojnásobně. I přesto, že dle statistik vychází v ÚLK a LIK ročně zhruba 30 osob z ústavní péče, není pro ně připraven kvalitní program, který by jim pomohl v integraci do života. Projekt se zaměřuje na osoby opouštějící instituciální péči v Libereckém a Ústeckém kraji a osoby ohrožené vícenásobnými riziky a nabízí ucelený program proti sociálnímu vyloučení a chudobě. (Czech)

Young people need support on the adult threshold. When there is a lack of quality family background and is saturated with institutional care, this is double the case. Despite the statistics, according to statistics, around 30 people in institutional care rely on institutional care and there is no good quality programme for them to help them in their integration into life. The project targets people leaving institutional care in the Liberec and Ústí Region and persons at risk of multiple risks and offers a comprehensive programme against social exclusion and poverty.
