Przedmiotem projektu jest uruchomienie usług z zakresu rehabilitacji kardiologicznej dla pacjentów z chorobami układu sercowo-naczyniowego, w szczególności po zawale serca, ułatwiającychpowrót do pracy poprzez przywrócenie osobom w wieku aktywności zawodowej pełnej lub maksymalnie możliwej do osiągnięcia sprawności fizycznej i psychicznej, zdolności do aktywnościzawodowej oraz brania czynnego udziału w życiu społecznym poprzez wdrożenie kompleksowego programu rehabilitacji medycznej na terenie Aglomeracji Opolskiej. Postępująca wwojewództwie opolskim depopulacja ma niekorzystny wpływ na zasoby rynku pracy. Dlatego w regionie muszą zostać podjęte działania sprzyjające aktywności zawodowej mieszkańców, w tymrównież w obszarze ochrony zdrowia. Zwiększenie długości życia w zdrowiu będzie miało wpływ na wzrost liczby osób aktywnych na rynku pracy, obniżenie kosztów pracy m.in. dziękiobniżeniu absencji chorobowej oraz zmniejszaniu wydatków na świadczenia ZUS. Projekt zakłada objęciem opieką rehabilitacyjną w zakresie chorób układu sercowo-naczyniowego (wszczególności po zawale serca) grupy 600 osób. Sposób rehabilitacji tych osób określą lekarze. Pacjenci wchodzący w skład grupy docelowej będą podnosić wydolność swojego organizmu,poznawać możliwości ruchowe swojego ciała, uczyć się będą prawidłowego wykonywania ćwiczeń przystosowanych do ich możliwości, nabierać nawyku codziennej aktywności ruchowej.Pacjenci odbywać będą również spotkania z psychologiem i z dietetykiem. Zajęcia prowadzić będą fizjoterapeuci, dietetycy, psychologowie i lekarze Polskiej Grupy Kardiologicznej "Pro Corde" iPartnerów. Czas trwania projektu 36 m-cy (Polish)

The aim of the project is to deploy medical rehabilitation services for patients with cardiovascular diseases, in particular those of heart disease, which will facilitate the return to work through the reinstatement of full or maximum possible physical and mental fitness, the ability to work and active participation in society through the implementation of a comprehensive medical rehabilitation programme in the Opole agglomeration. The increasing market in the Opolskie region in Opolskie has a negative impact on labour market resources. Action must therefore be taken in the region to promote active population participation, including in the area of health protection. The increase in life expectancy will have an impact on the increase in the number of people active in the labour market, a reduction in the cost of labour, including thanks to the reduction of sickness absence and the reduction of expenses for social security institutions. The project involves rehabilitation care for cardiovascular diseases (in particular after heart collapse) of a group of 600 people. The methods of rehabilitation of these persons will be laid down by doctors. The patients who are part of the target group will improve the capacity of their body, learn how to know their body, learn how to perform exercises adapted to their abilities, gain the habit of everyday activity. they will also meet with a psychologist and a nutritionist. The activities will be carried out by physiotherapists, nutritionists, psychologists and doctors of the Polish Kardiological Group “Pro Corde” and partners. Project duration 36 months (English)
