Cílem projektu je zvýšit odbornou úroveň znalostí, dovedností a kompetencí pracovníků společnosti ČESKÉ HOUBY a.s. a posílit tak soulad kvalifikační úrovně pracovní síly s požadavky trhu práce.Prostřednictvím zapojení zaměstnanců ve věku 54+ bude zároveň zvýšena adaptabilita starších pracovníků. Díky orientaci vzdělávacích aktivit na strategické rozvojové plány společnosti projekt přispěje k posílení její konkurenceschopnosti na vysoce konkurenčním trhu výroby a distribuce tuzemských potravin. The aim of the project is to increase the professional level of knowledge, skills and competences of the employees of the company ČESÉ HOUBY a.s. in order to strengthen the compliance of the labour qualification level with the requirements of the labour market. by involving employees at the age of 54 +, the adaptability of older workers will be increased. By directing the training activities to the strategic development plans of the company, the project will contribute to strengthening its competitiveness in a highly competitive market for the production and distribution of domestic food.
