    Projekt podporuje osoby nezaměstnané déle než 5 měsíců a zároveň ve věku 55 a více let, které v okrese Česká Lípa hledají obtížně uplatnění na trhu práce. Základem je propojení zkušeností CS a požadavků trhu práce, efektivní spolupráce při zvyšování kompetencí, motivace a sebedůvěry. Ke splnění účelu projektu přispěje Centrum podpory, v němž účastník nalezne komplexní služby podle svých individuálních potřeb. (Czech)
