CELEM GŁÓWNYM proj.do 30.04.2020 jest zwiększenie możliwości na kontynuację zatrudnienia lub podjęcie zatrudnienia (w tym samozatrudnienia) przez 40 osób(22K/18M) z obszaru rewitalizowanego ZIT Subregionu Centralnego woj. śląskiego,będących pracownikami przedsiębiorstw: sektora MŚP/przechodzących procesy restrukturyzacyjne / odczuwających negatywne skutki zmiany gospodarczej / znajdujących się w syt. kryzysowej, którzy są zagrożeni zwolnieniem, przewidziani do zwolnienia lub osobami zwolnionymi z przyczyn dot.zakładu pracy (w okr. nie dłuższym niż 6 m-cy przed przystąpieniem do proj.). Dla każdego UP przewidziano doradztwo zawodowe i przygotowanie IPD oraz jedną z 2 ŚCIEŻEK wsparcia: -A dla 28UP(15K/13M):wsparcie szkoleniowo-doradcze,bezzwrotne dotacje na rozpoczęcie DG, wsparcie pomostowe -B dla 12UP(7K/5M):poradnictwo psychologiczne,pośrednictwo pracy,szkolenia zawodowe,staże W rezultacie min.32 osoby(17K/15M) po opuszczeniu programu podejmą pracę lub będą kontynuować zatrudnienie (Polish)
