Celem projektu jest wzmocnienie szans zatrudnieniowych na rynku pracy grupy 30 mieszkańców powiatu iławskiego (i okolicznych) w wieku 30+ lat, pozostających bez pracy. W grupie docelowej znajdą się zarówno osoby bezrobotne (zarejestrowane oraz niezarejestrowane), jak i bierne zawodowo (min. 30% ogółu). Główny nacisk zostanie położony na wsparcie osób z niskimi kwalifikacjami i długotrwale bezrobotnych. Projekt przewiduje kompleksowe i zindywidualizowane podejście do każdego z uczestników, oferując szeroki katalog form wsparcia (od poradnictwa zawodowego i ustalenia indywidualnej ścieżki dalszej kariery, poprzez kursy i szkolenia pozwalające nabyć kwalifikacje i uprawnienia zawodowe lub uzyskać kompetencje zawodowe, do staży w przedsiębiorstwach, kończąc na pośrednictwie pracy i zatrudnieniu, przewidzianym dla blisko 40% uczestników, jeszcze w ramach projektu). Realizacja projektu zakończy się w listopadzie 2018 roku. (Polish)
