Projekt obejmuje budowę 64 niezależnych podobszarów w architekturze FTTH dla 19 268 gospodarstw domowych oraz zapewnienie dostępu do Internetu dla 211 placówek oświatowych z obszaru skierniewickiego. Istotą projektu jest wyeliminowanie terytorialnych różnic w możliwości dostępu do szerokopasmowego Internetu o wysokich przepustowościach poprzez zaoferowanie usług hurtowych świadczonych przy wykorzystaniu wybudowanej infrastruktury dostępowej.
