Głównym celem projektu jest wdrożenie wyników prac B+R zrealizowanych samodzielnie przez Wnioskodawcę, w ramach projektu dotyczącego opracowania technologii nadawania przesyłek w oparciu o sieć zintegrowanych, multioperatorskich urządzeń samoobsługowych. W rezultacie projektu na rynek wprowadzona zostanie innowacyjna usługa automatyzująca proces nadawczy przesyłek. Projekt obejmie 2 zadania: 1. nabycie 18 szt. terminali nadawczych, 2. nabycie laptopa i mebli biurowych celem obsługi nowej usługi. Termin realizacji projektu obejmie okres od 1 kwietnia 2017 do 30 czerwca 2018. Grupa docelowa: 1. Konsumenci, którzy będą nadawać swoje przesyłki z wykorzystaniem innowacyjnych technologii (m.in. mobilne płatności, Bluetooth Beacon). 2. Operatorzy pocztowi i kurierscy, których oferta zostanie zintegrowana z siecią Asapon, aby korzystać z jej benefitów, tzn. możliwości udostepnienia usługi na danym terenie bez konieczności uruchamiania osobnej placówki. ASAPON będzie zarządzał terminalami monitorując m.in. ich stan zapełnienia, sprawność działania oraz dokonywał odbioru przesyłek z terminali rozwożąc je do sortowni operatorów pocztowych/kurierskich. Pod względem ekonomicznym nowa usługa przyniesie istotną korzyść konsumentom. W terminalu będą oni mogli wybrać usługę dowolnego operatora pocztowego/kurierskiego włączonego do sieci. Zwiększy to walkę cenową między operatorami z korzyścią dla konsumentów. Projekt zakłada wprowadzenie nowego produktu z punktu widzenia firmy i rynku oraz ekoinnowacji. Główne założenia projektu, w tym w szczególności opracowanie technologii i prototypu urządzenia nadawczego zostało opracowane w ramach projektu B+R współfinansowanego ze środków UE. Projekt zakłada wdrożenie nowej usługi i procesu na skalę globalną: - nowa usługa polega na udostępnieniu klientom biznesowym możliwości włączenia się do sieci wysyłkomatów, co obniża koszty działania firm kurierskich, które nie będą musiały otwierać własnych placówek. The main objective of the project is to implement the results of the R & D work carried out by the Applicant on its own, in the context of the project on the development of parcel delivery technologies based on an integrated network, and the development of multimedia self-service devices. As a result of the project, an innovative service will be put on the market that automates the delivery process. The project will include 2 tasks: 1 Acquisition of 18 units of broadcasting terminals, 2. purchase of laptop and office furniture for the purpose of operating a new service. The project will cover the period from 1 April 2017 to 30 June 2018. Audience: 1. Consumers who will be able to broadcast their consignments using innovative technologies (including mobile payments, Bluetooth Beacon). 2. Postal and courier operators, whose offer will be integrated with the Asapon network, to benefit from its benefits, i.e. the possibility to make available a service in the area without the need for a separate establishment. ASAPON will manage the terminals by monitoring, among others, their level of occupancy, the efficiency of the operation and the delivery of mail from the terminals to the sorting offices of postal/courier operators. In economic terms, the new service will bring significant benefit to consumers. In the terminal, they will be able to choose the service of any postal operator/courier included in the network. This will increase price fighting among operators to the benefit of consumers. The project involves the introduction of a new product from the point of view of the firm and the market and of eco-innovation. The main objectives of the project, including in particular the development of the technology and the prototype of the transmitting device, were developed in the framework of the R & D project co-financed by the EU. The project involves the implementation of a new service and process on a global scale: The new service consists of making it available to business customers to be included in the distribution network, which reduces the running costs of the courier companies, which will not have to open their own premises.
