Cílem projektu je vytvořit prostředí otevřené pro příchod a dlouhodobé působení špičkových domácích i zahraničních vědeckých pracovníků na Masarykově univerzitě. Realizací projektu dojde k nastavení strategického řízení na PřF a CEITEC MU v souladu s podmínkami pro získání "HR Award" a vytvoření uceleného systému vzdělávání. Na celouniverzitní úrovni bude vytvořen komplexní systém hodnocení výzkumu a bude podpořeno používání anglického jazyka jako druhého pracovního jazyka na MU. (Czech)

The aim of the project is to create an environment open to top domestic and foreign scientific excellence at Masaryk University. The implementation of the project will lead to the setting up of the strategic management of the PMU and the CEITEC in accordance with the conditions for obtaining the “HR Award” and the creation of a comprehensive education system. A comprehensive research evaluation system will be set up on an EU-wide level, and the use of English as a second working language will be promoted as a second working language. (English)
