Projekt je zaměřen na prospektivní sběr a výzkum vzorků připravovaných v rámci sítě bank lidského biologického materiálu sdružených v infrastruktuře BBMRI-CZ. Projekt povede k rozšíření spektra vzorků, zefektivnění postupů přípravy a dlouhodobého uchování vzorků (preanalytická fáze). Zásadním přínosem bude výzkum etiopatogeneze širokého spektra nádorových onemocnění i socioekonomicky závažných nenádorových chorob z různých oblastí medicíny (gastroenterologie, kardiologie, oftalmologie). a. The project focuses on prospective collection and research on samples prepared within the network of banks of human biological material associated with BBMRI-CZ. The project will lead to the extension of the sample spectrum, the streamlining of procedures for preparation and long-term preservation of samples (preanalytical phase). Research into the aetiopathogenesis of a wide spectrum of cancer as well as of socio-economically serious non peaceful diseases from different fields of medicine (gastro-enterology, cardiology, ophthalmology) will be of major benefit.
