    Podstatou projektu jsou energeticky úsporná opatření v DO ANDY v České Lípě. Jedná se o instalaci nové osvětlovací soustavy jako náhrady za stávající zastaralou, modernizaci výtahů za účelem snížení energetické náročnosti stávajících pohonů, výměnu motorů vzduchotechnických jednotek, čímž klesne jejich energetická náročnost, a instalaci fotovoltaické elektrárny na střeše objektu pro výrobu elektrické energie pro potřeby obchodního domu. a.     The project consists of an energy saving measure in the 2011 DO Andy in České Lípa. It is the installation of new lighting systems such as replacement of existing ones, the modernisation of lifts in order to reduce the energy intensity of the existing drives, the replacement of an air-technical unit, thereby decreasing their energy intensity, and the installation of a photovoltaic power plant on the roof of the building for business continuity.
