THE PARTNERS HAVE SHOWN DIFFICULTIES IN FINDING PROFESSIONALS WITH THE APPROPRIATE PROFESSIONAL SKILLS TO BE INCLUDED IN THEIR OWN COMPANIES. FOR THIS REASON, THROUGH THE PROJECT PARTNERS, A STRUCTURED PATH HAS BEEN BUILT IN: 100 HOURS OF TRAINING AND 320 HOURS OF WORK EXPERIENCE WITH 4 WORKING HOURS IN ORDER TO DEVELOP KNOWLEDGE AND KNOW-HOW ‘IN THE USE AND MONITORING OF TYPICAL GREEN AREAS TOOLS, PRUNING METHODS AND ACTIVITIES TO BE CARRIED OUT ON PLANTS AND TREE CROPS (FERTILISATION, PEST CONTROL, ETC.), MANAGEMENT AND ORGANISATION OF THEIR WORK IN ORDER TO BE ABLE TO MEET THE NEEDS EXPRESSED ABOVE AND TO INCREASE THE EMPLOYABILITY OF THE CANDIDATES RESPONDING TO THE DEMANDS OF EMPLOYMENT.
