    Niniejszy projekt przewiduje przede wszystkim działania w obszarze rozwoju i wsparcia usług społ. dla osób niesamodzielnych, starszych i niepełnosprawnych oraz el. działań wspierających, uzupełniających ww. działania. Projekt został oprac. przez partnerstwo Regionalnego Ośrodka Polityki Społecznej z Gminami: Kluczbork,Kędzierzyn Koźle,Popielów,Głubczyce,Lubsza,Nysa,Zawadzkie,Paczków,Branice, Pokój, Biała a potrzeba jego realizacji wynika z analizy sytuacji regionalnej (ocena zasobów pom. społ.woj.opol. w 2014 r.,ROPS Opole),dotyczącej ww.osób i zakresu wsp. Główne probl, na które odpowiada projekt określono w pkt. 3.4. Projekt jest komplementarny z inicjatywami zaplanowanymi w ramach programu SSD (pakiet IV Złota jesień i tzw.inicjatywy wspierające pn.Wspieramy rodzinę) oraz z Programem OPŻ 2014-2020-wsparciem zostaną objęte osoby/rodziny korzyst. ze świadczeń z pomocy społ. w tym objęte tą formą pomocy. Projekt będzie realiz.w rozumieniu zapisów: Ust. o pomocy społ. oraz zgodnie z Wyt. w zakr. zasad realizacji przedsięwzięć w obszarze włączenia społ. i zwalczania ubóstwa z wykorzyst. śr. EFS. Zarówno lider, jak i Partnerzy są podmiotami działającymi w obszarze pomocy i integracji społ., działającymi na podst. Obowiąz. regulacji prawnych ww. zakr.. Bezpośrednimi Realizatorami zadań będą jedn. organizacyjne pomocy społ. W ramach realiz. proj.zostanie zapewnione: - wys. jakości wsparcie świadczone w ramach usług asystenckich wyłącznie dla osób niesamodzielnych z niepełnospr./rodzin z dziećmi z niepełnospr., - utrzymanie miejsc świadczenia usług społ. (w zakr. finan. ze śr. EFS) przez okres nie dłuższy niż 3 lata, - świadczenie usł. opiekuńczych dla osób niesamodzielnych, w tym wsparcie deinstytucjonalizacji, - wzrost liczby miejsc świadczenia usł.opiekuńczych i asystenckich i zwiększenie liczby asystentów, - niezastępowalność środków i zachowanie co najmniej dotychczasowego poziomu finans., - zachowanie trwałości nowoutworzonych miejsc świadczenia us (Polish)
