The project will set up a new technology for the manufacturing of a lead-conducting manufacturing technology of CuN2Si alloys and CuZn37Ni1Si0,5, which will be based on the use as input material of the excavation of traction deposits in the form of spent contact wires, carrier ropes and different types of fasteners. In addition, the use, where necessary, of qualified deposits of copper alloys with additives such as Zn, Ni and Si are also planned. As a whole it is assumed that the proportion of secondary raw materials as input material will be at least 80 % (at this point in time, 20 %).On this basis, it is planned to design the appropriate technology for both the metal and non-metal cleaning of the contaminated fitting of the overhead contact line.Subsequently, these materials will undergo a process of fusion and continuous casting, taking account of the fragmentation of the structure of the casting obtained. Then, those cast bars will be used as high quality feed material for the die-down process of the press and the finishing of the heat treatment and a number of different treatments of mechanical processing. It is assumed that the resulting fittings will have at least the same level of utility as currently produced and will also have a lower price. (Polish)
