Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art: 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). CEL PROJEKTU Celem projektu jest realizacja prac B+R, w wyniku których opracujemy innowacyjny system stolarki aluminiowej przeciwpożarowej o klasie EI30 i EI60, który znajdzie zastosowanie w drzwiach i ścianach działowych. Jego wysokie parametry użytkowe dostarczą klientom wielu korzyści. WYZWANIE TECHNOLOGICZNE Niepewność technologiczna, którą pozwolą rozwiązać prace B+R dotyczy przede wszystkim następujących aspektów: - opracowania i zastosowania nowych ciepłych i niepalnych materiałów, które będą umieszczane w komorach profili aluminiowych, - opracowania i uruchomienia zautomatyzowanego sposobu umieszczania materiałów wewnątrz profili aluminiowych, - opracowania i wdrożenia wzmocnień naroży z nowych materiałów. INNOWACYJNOŚĆ Nowy, autorski system (ramy i skrzydła) będzie służył do wykonywania wewnętrznych i zewnętrznych przegród przeciwpożarowych o klasie odporności ogniowej EI30 oraz EI60, jak drzwi i ścianki działowe. Przewagi systemu będą wyrażone w następujących aspektach: - niższym współczynniku przenikania ciepła Uf, - obniżonej wadze, - atrakcyjniejszej cenie. WDROŻENIE Jesteśmy doświadczonym producentem stolarki aluminiowej, dlatego też wytwarzanie nowego produktu rozpoczniemy na własnym parku maszynowym. Dodatkowo, wdrożenie zostanie umożliwione poprzez nowatorskie urządzenie do łączenia, w którym wdrożymy istotne zmiany technologiczne w trakcie prac B+R. Komercyjny sukces projektu zapewnia znakomita koniunktura sektora budowlanego, a także przewagi i korzyści użytkowe, które zaoferuje nasze rozwiązanie. (Polish)

Reference_reference_programme_aids:SA.41471 (2015/X) _public:art:25 Commission Regulation No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Article 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ(OJ LEU L 187/1, 26.06.2014).The project’s objective is to carry out the R & D work which will result in the development of an innovative system of joinery and carpentry of aluminium of EI30 and EI60 classes, which will be applied in doors and partitions.Its high performance will provide multiple benefits to customers.Technological uncertainties that can be addressed by R & D relate mainly to the following aspects:The development and use of new hot and non-combustible materials to be placed in aluminium profiles compartments, the development and deployment of an automated mode for the use of materials inside the aluminium profiles, the development and implementation of reinforcement of the narrative of new materials.The novelty of the author’s system (frames and wings) will be used to perform internal and external protection for fire resistance classes EI30 and EI60, such as doors and partitions.The system’s advantage will be expressed in the following aspects:— a lower heat transfer coefficient of Uf, a reduced weight, — a more attractive price.We need to implement the newly experienced aluminium joinery work, which is why the production of a new product will start on its own machinery.In addition, implementation will be made possible through an innovative coupling device, in which major technological changes will be implemented in the course of the R & D work. the project’s success ensures an excellent construction of the construction sector, as well as the advantages and utility that will offer our solution.
