The project aims at developing a coherent range of lyophilised allergenic extracts and recombinant allergenic components for in vitro diagnostic use. The novelty and uniqueness of prototypes lie in their technology of lyophilisation of allergens in the form of a single-test packaging for each new product. Lyophilised allergens are intended for targeted in vitro diagnostics of allergic reactions by means of analytical kits allowing the tracking of specific cell events by flow cytometric. a. (English)
