    THE PROJECT IS PART OF THE REGIONAL CONTEXT CHARACTERISED BY AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTION IN GREENHOUSES USING TRADITIONAL METHODS. THE INTENTION IS TO INTERVENE IN THE PRODUCTION PROCESS BY USING ALTERNATIVE ENERGIES SUCH AS PHOTOVOLTAIC PANELS OF PRODUCTION WITH REMOTE CONTROLLED HYDROPONDERS WITH SPECIAL SOFTWARE DESIGNED BY THE STUDENTS AND DL TEACHERS INVOLVED IN THE PROJECT. PUPILS WILL MATURE KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS THAT, STARTING FROM PRACTICAL APPLICATIONS, WILL HAVE A BEARING ON CURRICULAR TEACHING BY REDUCING COS THE PERCENTAGE OF ABANDONMENT. THE PRODUCTION OBTAINED DURING THE SAR TRAINING PROCESS PROCESSED BY THE PUPILS OF THE COOKING COURSE. (English)
